Project Natick

Here is the result of a project we have worked on with Microsoft and Makeshift Studios. We were responsible to create the environment from scratch. My responsibility was creating animations, particle effects, blueprints, and camera movements. In 2018 Microsoft lowered a data center 117 feet into the Atlantic Ocean near Scotland. Project Natick experiments with the boundaries of what’s possible for data center reliability and energy efficiency.

We have done the scene inside Unreal Engine 4. It was a challenge and fun project, we are happy with the result. Thanks a lot for watching.
